Hello, my name is Matthew. In November 2012, at the age of nine, I discovered the transformative power of Access Consciousness Tools. My journey began with my first Bars session, and the following year, I eagerly enrolled in my first Access Consciousness Bars class. Since then, I have delved into numerous other courses, including Access Bars, Foundation, Choice of Possibilities, Body Process, Access Energetic Facelift, and SOP. I also broadened my knowledge with a class on reflexology of the hands and feet.

I use Access Consciousness tools and techniques, such as Body Process, Access Bars, SOP, and my personal favorite, Access Energetic Facelift Sessions, to guide you toward a life filled with joy and fulfillment. As a certified reflexology practitioner, I bring a holistic approach to your well-being.
