Those sessions erased her depression and suicidal thoughts, empowering her with the belief that everything would be alright.

Driven by her transformative experience, she became a facilitator practitioner of Access Bars in November 2012, dedicated to helping others navigate similar struggles. Since then, she has embraced various healing modalities, integrating them into her daily practice.

Luz Adame is a Certified Natural Therapist at the International Institute of Complementary Therapists, offering sessions and classes in both English and Spanish. Her mission is to empower you to connect with your body using Access Consciousness tools and other effective modalities. While she may not have all the answers, she provides insightful questions and techniques to help you break through limitations. During a session with Luz, you will relax receive, encouraged to release old stories, beliefs, and limitations that hold you back from fully embracing life.
