However, her life changed for the better when she received two Access Consciousness Bars sessions in a class facilitated by Dr. Dain Heer. These sessions left her feeling a sense of peace and endless possibilities. Her depression and suicidal thoughts vanished, and she started believing that everything would work out just fine.

 

The founder found Access Consciousness so transformative that she decided to become a facilitator and practitioner of Access Bars in November 2012. Her goal was to help others who were going through similar struggles with depression. Since then, she has studied other healing modalities and practices them every day.

Luz Adame is a Certified Natural Therapist at the International Institute of Complementary Therapists. She offers sessions and classes in both English and Spanish. Her goal is to empower you to have ease with your body by utilizing Access Consciousness tools and techniques along with other modalities. She doesn't have all the answers, but she does have questions and tools from Access Consciousness that can help you unlock your limitations.

 

During a session with Luz, you can relax and receive. You are invited to let go of old stories, beliefs, and limitations that may be holding you back from enjoying life and keeping you stocked in survival mode. You can explore the question, “Am I ready to make space for something new and phenomenal in my life?”
